Overview workshops

I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experience with other photographers. Over the years, based on my own experience, I have developed various workshops and programs. This is an overview to see what fits your needs:

Workshop film development and DSLR scanning
I teach you my entire workflow from exposed film to edited file: color film developing, DSLR scanning, and editing the scan. After this workshop you will have the knowledge and information to develop and scan color films in your own home or studio.

Workshop analog portrait photography
An inspiring day in which analog portrait photography is central. I first talk about my own work and my work process. Then we discuss the work of you and your fellow participants. With the insights and knowledge gained, you get to work. You do this by portraying each other, while I watch and give tips. At the end of the day you go home with a new dose of inspiration and new work.

Coaching
In three in-depth one-on-one sessions we work on the development of your work and practice. Guidance on a personal project, bringing your work to the attention of curators, making image selections, business growth, technical issues, and much more; based on your needs we work on the points on which you want to further develop. We determine the time between the different sessions together based on your personal situation and wishes.

Duration: 3 × 3 hours

One-year program Portrait Photography – Sept ’26 – June ’27
An inspiring year-long program for photographers who want to specialize in portrait photography. In a small, consistent group, we will work on your development across seven critique sessions. We will share knowledge and insights and the work you have created guided by inspiring assignments is discussed.. In addition, there are four community events where you can learn from each other during a film night, open studio day, or artist talk.

Duration: 11 sessions spread over 10 months, Sept 2026 – June 2027 (seven critique sessions and four community events)
